2008 Speed And Athletic Development Class
 
The Ethan Reeve Speed and Athletic Development Class will be held in the Bob McCreary Strength Center in the Manchester Athletic Center at Wake Forest. It is designed for local athletes within driving distance of campus. There will be three 90-minute classes each week for six weeks. Athletes who want to be able to run faster, jump higher, be more flexible, attain body awareness, balance, strength, speed, power and sport performance in his/her particular sport should attend. ALL SPORTS
 
Now in its 49th year, the All Sports Camp continues to offer a vast array of sporting activities for boys and girls ages 6-12. From box hockey to volleyball, from archery to the climbing wall, the All Sports Camp truly does provide something for every child. As guided by an experienced and enthusiastic staff of instructors and counselors, the All Sports Camp is a must for every Piedmont youngster. The camp continues in its popularity not only due to the quality staff and top-notch facilities but the sporting and social fun that the camp format provides. Sign up your child today. Come join a camp tradition that countless families have have enjoyed for many years. Sign up early. Registration begins Feb 1st. Spots are limited.

The Dino Gaudio Basketball School will be held on the Wake Forest University campus. Day camp sessions are for boys ages 7-15 and overnight camp sessions are for boys 8-17. Enrollment is limited. FIELD HOCKEY
 
Jennifer Averill's Field Hockey Camp sessions include both fundamental and advanced skill development, small game drills, tactic and strategy sessions, video feedback, tournament play, hockey specific conditioning and strength training, and sports psychology. The camps include personalized coaching by award-winning coaches and are held on the artificial turf at Kentner Stadium on the Wake Forest campus.

GOLF, MALE
 

The Jerry Haas Summer Golf Camp gives young golfers, ages 11-18, a unique opportunity to live on a college campus and learn the game of golf from some of the best in the business. Coach Haas and a staff of college coaches serve as camp counselors and golf instructors during each session. Campers receive personal instruction covering everything from short game to the rules of golf. Play and practice are at the Haddock Golf Center at Wake Forest and Tanglewood Park. Campers stay in the Arnold Palmer residence hall. Enrollment is limited.

Dates are June 9-13, June 23-27, and June 29-July 3.

GOLF, FEMALE
 

The Dianne Dailey Girls Golf Day Camp will be held from June 14-18. Ages for day campers run from 8-18. Participants receive professional instruction from a qualified staff of collegiate coaches and LPGA teaching professionals. Campers are grouped by age and skill and receive intensive instruction each day in full swing, short game and putting. Other topics include course management, rules and etiquette. Daily progress reports and videotaping are tools for encouragement during and after camp. Instruction and play take place at the Haddock Golf Center at Wake Forest and Tanglewood Park. Hours for day campers are 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with lunch included.

2009 Junior Girls Camp Brochure

The Dianne Dailey Ladies Golf Camp will be held June 2-8. The camp, which is for ladies ages 18 and over, will be held in four sessions. The first three sessions are for beginner and intermediate golfers. Session 1 will be from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. on June 2-6. Session 2 will be 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. on June 2-6. Both Session 1 and 2 include a playing lesson on one of the local courses. Session 3 will be 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on June 2-5. Session 4, for advanced golfers, will be 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. on June 7-8.

The Jay Vidovich's Wake Forest Soccer Camps are held at Spry Soccer Stadium, one of the finest soccer specific complexes in the nation and home to the 2007 Men's Soccer National Champions! Dates are June 16-20 (Day Camp, ages 5-14), June 22-26 (Residential Camp, ages 10-18) and July 28-31 (Evening Camp, ages 4-13). Staff includes college and professional coaches, as well as members of the National Champion Wake Forest Soccer team. Wake Forest Girls Soccer Camp does everything at the Division I Level."

Our facility consists of a fully-lighted stadium and two practice fields. Spry is one of the finest facilities in the country. The campus has three gated entrances which are restricted after 10pm and monitored by WFU campus police. The dorms are safe, clean, air-conditioned and just a short walk from the fields.

TENNIS, BOYS & GIRLS
 
The Nike Tennis Camp is open to player's age 8-17. The dates are June 22-27, July 13-18, and July 28-Aug 1. Tennis Campers are divided into small groups according to age and ability. Instruction, on and off the court, includes lectures, and match play. Each camper receives a pair of Nike tennis shoes and camp t-shirt. Enrollment is limited.

Black and Gold Tennis Camps
 
The goals of the camp are to encourage, motivate, and improve the skills of young tennis players of all ability levels. Staff members will conduct numerous drills designated to sharpen the skills of racquet and stroke work. Campers range in age from 8-18. The camp begins for everyone on Sunday at 3:00pm and will run through 3:30pm on Thursday.

VOLLEYBALL
 
The Black & Gold Volleyball Camp dates are July 7-16, 2008. A Youth Commuter Camp will run July 7-9 for girls ages 7-12 in addition to Position Day Camps offered for girls ages 13-18. July 7th features a Defense & Ball Control day camp, July 8th features a Tacking & Blocking day camp and July 9th features a Setter/Hitter day camp. The two editions of Team Camps run July 10-13 (Team Skills & Tournament Camp) and July 14-16 (Team Competition Camp).

Volleyball Camps take place in four air-conditioned gyms inside Reynolds Gymnasium on the Wake Forest campus. The camps are designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced players. Campers work on various aspects of their games under some of the top supervision in the country.
