The following Guest Services information is provided to assist you while attending events at the LJVM Coliseum events.
Interpreters are available for the hearing impaired. To ensure proper service and scheduling, please call (336) 758-2498 at least ten (10) days prior to an event to request interpreter services. For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher assigned to your section and refrain from standing in the aisles.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Services animals are welcomed into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal into the building, please contact the Guest Services manager at (336) 758-2498 prior to your arrival.
Assistive Listening Devices
For guests who need assistance with hearing enhancement, the LJVM Coliseum maintains assistive listening devices that patrons may borrow (free of charge) for entertainment and sports performances in the Coliseum. Please inquire with a Guest Services representative or usher to obtain an assistive listening device upon your arrival at the facility.
An ATM is located on the main concourse near section 121.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in all women's restrooms in the LJVM Coliseum.
The Bridger Field House advance box office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
No commercial or professional flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is NOT permitted: Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, interchangeable lenses of any kind, monopods or tripods, flash equipment of any kind. For events such as graduations, recitals or children's performances, please contact the Guest Services Manager at (336) 758-2498 for special arrangements.
Guests are prohibited from standing on permanent or portable chairs during events as it poses a safety hazard both to the guest and surrounding patrons as well as obstructs the view of the event for other patrons.
Child Admission Policy
The admission policy for children varies by event. Most concerts, sporting events or consumer shows require children who have reached their first birthday to have a ticket. Family shows generally use the first birthday as a guideline. Please check with Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or the Bridger Field House Box Office at 1-888-758-DEAC or (336) 758-3322 for the age requirement for tickets for the event you are interested in attending.
Child Booster Seats
Child booster seats are available for all events and can be obtained at the Guest Services booths located near sections 112 and 121.
The LJVM Coliseum offers a wide variety of fresh food and beverage items for our guests' enjoyment. Please enjoy our brand new concessions stands and the new fresh approach to food and beverage in the Coliseum.

Wake Forest Athletics sponsors a variety of contests and promotions throughout the year, primarily through our social networking outlets. Please see our Facebook page for the latest announcements and information.
The Deacon Detector program is available for select events. A game day system designed to help separated children return to their families as quickly as possible. Complimentary wristbands are provided for parents or group leaders who wish to "tag" their child or group member with their seat location and contact information. Deacon Detector wristbands will be available at every Guest Services Booth (located near sections 112 and 121). Coliseum personnel will register your child and issue a numbered wristband. We will also record the parents' cell phone number, seat location and other descriptive information. If a child is reported missing or found by facility personnel, the Deacon Detector program enables us to promptly reunite parent and child.
E-cigarettes are not permitted in LJVM Coliseum.
The LJVM Coliseum makes it easy for you to be reached in an emergency. Simply leave your seat numbers with babysitters or another responsible party. Upon your arrival at the Complex, register your seat location with Guest Services. Instruct parties that may need to reach you to call (336) 758-2498. Please note, a public address paging service is not available for most event, so it is critical that anyone trying to reach you has your exact seat location.
For select events, all guests entering the arena are subject to a metal-detector screening and/or visual inspection and/or bag inspection conducted by Greensboro Coliseum Complex contracted security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items.
First Aid stations are staffed with Forsyth County Paramedics for most ticketed events. Walk-in first aid stations can be found in the following locations:

Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the Guest Services Manager at (336) 758-2498 prior to arrival at the facility.

Our Guest Services headquarters is located in the Coliseum concourse adjacent to Section 121. Guest Services associates will be on hand to assist you.

Laptops or any type of full personal computers are not permitted inside the LJVM Coliseum. E-readers and iPads are considered a mobile device and are permissible.

Lost & Found
Items found on our premises during an event are turned into Guest Services. At the conclusion of an event, all items are taken to the administrative office of the Coliseum Complex. Items are retained for (60) days. Please call (336) 758-2410 and dial "0" to reach a receptionist during normal business hours to check for lost items. All items not claimed during that time are donated to local charities.
The LJVM Coliseum has a "no re-entry" policy during events. Guests wishing to return any items to their vehicle must do so before passing through the turnstiles. Select consumer shows and day-long sporting events permit re-entry with a hand stamp or alternate method of tracking.
A waiting room for non-ticketed parents is available for select concert events. The Coliseum offers complimentary dry snacks, beverages and newspapers for your pleasure. Bring your book or your knitting and wait with us until the show concludes. Please call (336) 758-3322 to inquire whether this room is available during your event.
Player/Guest Pass Gate
For a Wake Forest sporting event, player and guest tickets are available at a special player/guest entrance located in the LJVM Coliseum lobby. Please be prepared to show ID to receive player/guest tickets.

The LJVM Coliseum is a proud participant in the City of Winston-Salem's recycling program. Recycle bins are located throughout the Complex. Guests are encouraged to deposit all plastic bottles, newspapers and cans in the designated bins.
Reselling of Tickets
Per Coliseum policy, the re-sale of tickets on Coliseum property is not permitted. Police Officers or Sheriff's and Coliseum security enforce this policy on the Coliseum campus.
The LJVM Coliseum is a smoke free facility. Designated smoking patios are available outside Section 110-112 and 114-116.

Guests are permitted to engage in tailgating activities in a responsible manner in the Coliseum parking lot. Please be aware that the consumption of liquor in the Coliseum parking lot or any public parking area is a violation of North Carolina ABC statutes. Agents are on site for enforcement.
Guest Services will be happy to call a taxi for your convenience. Taxi pick-up is located off Deacon Boulevard in front of the Coliseum, adjacent to the Windsor Club parking lot.
