Wake Forest to Host the Black and Golden Globes
Former Demon Deacon football star Kenny Moore will emcee Saturday's event.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will host the Black and Golden Globes, the annual awards ceremony for the athletic department, on Saturday at 7 p.m. at LJVM Coliseum.

Styled after national entertainment award shows, the Black and Golden Globes will be emceed by former All-ACC receiver Kenny Moore and will feature a red carpet entrance and multimedia presentations for awards in 14 categories, including Male Athlete of the Year and Female Athlete of the Year.

A number of other honors will be announced, including Deacon Club Member of the Year and the winner of the team video contest.
