Wake Forest to Guest Host the David Glenn Show
Wake Forest Hall of Famer Randolph Childress will join Stan Cotten in studio on Tuesday.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest University will take to the airways on Tuesday, June 25, when the Demon Deacons fill in as guest hosts for David Glenn on the David Glenn Show. The show airs daily from noon to 3 p.m. on 99.9 FM "The Fan" in Raleigh and is syndicated throughout North Carolina.

Stan Cotten, the "Voice of the Demon Deacons" will host the show. He will be joined in-studio by assistant basketball coach Randolph Childress and associate athletic director Mike Buddie.

Among the guests on the show will be former Wake Forest cornerback Alphonso Smith, Deacon football and baseball legend Billy Ray Barnes, former basketball star Josh Howard, the star pitcher of Wake Forest's 1955 College World Series championship team Jack McGinley and athletic director Ron Wellman as well as Wake Forest coaches Jeff Bzdelik, Jay Vidovich and Tony da Luz.

In the Triad, the David Glenn Show can be heard on 1230 AM (WFMR-High Point), 1320 AM (WCOG-Greensboro) and 1200 AM (WSML-Burlington). The show can also be accessed on-line at TriadSports.com.
