Abby Houser is entering her sixth year at Wake Forest in 2012-13. She served as the Assistant Business Manager her first three years before being promoted to Business Manager in 2010.

Houser is responsible for managing the daily operations of the business office, handling internal and external financial reporting and assisting with budget preparation. Houser also serves as the department contact for NCAA and internal audits, and represents the department on various University committees.

Houser earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting with a minor in psychology from The College of William & Mary in 2005. She then went on to earn her Master's of Education in Sport Administration from Xavier University in 2006.

Following graduation from Xavier, Houser served as an accountant in the University of Cincinnati Athletic Department for one season.

A Staunton, Va., native, Houser now resides in Winston-Salem, N.C.
