Kinsey Pate is in her second year at Wake Forest in 2015-16 as Coordinator for the Winston-Salem Open and Athletics Communication.

Pate came to Wake Forest from Charlotte, North Carolina where she worked as the Communications Director for Olde Providence Racquet Club. In her two-and-a-half years working within club management she maintained a streamline of communications with members about upcoming events at the club. She also was responsible for managing OPRC's website for content, cross marketing and club calendar. During her duration there, Pate also received her certification with the United States Professional Tennis Association. As a teaching professional, she taught group clinics and private lessons at OPRC.

Pate earned her bachelor of science degree in sports and recreation management with a general business minor from James Madison University. She balanced her academic life with being a student-athlete on a full athletic scholarship. Kinsey played number one three out of four years for JMU's Division I tennis program and received all-conference honors each year in the Colonial Athletic Association.

During her time off, Kinsey enjoys reading, exercising and entertaining her four-legged friend, Norman the boxer.
