Tim Wright is in his third season at Wake Forest in 2015-16. Wright serves as Coordinator of Sports Performance, working primarily with the Demon Deacon field hockey and women's tennis programs.

Wright previously worked at Wake Forest in 2012 as a summer intern for Sports Performance where he worked directly with the football program.

Prior to returning to Wake Forest, Wright was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at High Point where he worked with the baseball, volleyball, women's lacrosse, women's soccer and track & field programs. He helped the Panthers women's lacrosse team claim the 2013 Big South championship and the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance.

Wright has also completed internships at Delaware and previously at High Point. He assisted in the strength training for football and men's and women's basketball at Delaware and men's and women's basketball, volleyball, men's lacrosse and baseball at High Point.

Wright is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as USA Weightlifting. He has also reached Level I certification in Functional Movement Systems (FMS)

A native of Williamstown, N.J., Wright graduated from Temple University in 2011 with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. He currently resides in Greensboro.
