Ran in six meets… Member of the first-place sprint medley relay at the Raleigh Relays…Ran a career-best 59.22 in the 400m hurdles at the VertKlasse Meeting…Also competed in relays at the Wake Forest Outdoor, Opener, Charlotte Invitational, Virginia Challenge and Virginia Grand Prix.

2017-18 Indoor
Saw action in six meets where he competed in the 200m, 400m and as a member of the 4x400m relay…Helped the 4x400m relay team to a second-place finish at the UNCG Early Bird Duals and a third-place finish at the Camel City Invitational.

2017 Outdoor
Did not compete.

2016-17 Indoor
Competed at the UNCG Early Bird Duals where he took 19th in the 400m and was a member of the 4x400m realy team that finished seventh.

High School

Attended Harrison High School where he earned five varsity letters in winter track and five in sprint track…In indoor track, he was All-League eight times, All-County three times, All-Section three times and made on state appearance…In outdoor track he was All-League 14 times, All-County seven times, All-Section four times and had one state appearance…Was awarded the Athletic Director Award as well as named Freshman of the Season.

Son of Kip, who was a three-sport athlete at Ithaca College, and Kathy Konigsberg…Has two brothers, Aaron, who threw javelin at Stanford, and Ben, who competed in springs/hurdles at Lehigh University… His grandfather played football at Cornell while he has and aunt and uncle who competed at Lehigh and an aunt who was a three-sport athlete at Princeton…Majoring in psychology.
