2017 (Senior)
Ran in four meets for the Deacons...Finished 52nd at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional and 53rd at the ACC Cross Country Championships...Also competed at the Paul Short Run and at adidas Pre Nationals...Ran a season-best 6k time of 21:28.9 at the Paul Short Run.

2016 (Junior)
Competed in both the ACC Championships and the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional where she finished 33 in both races...Openeed the season with an eighth-place finish at the adidas XC Challenge followed by a 29th place finish at ISU adidas Pre Nationals...Ran a season-best time in the 6K at the ACC Championships at 21:01.8 and was second on the team.

2015 (Sophomore)
Ran at the ACC Championships and at the NCAA Southeast Regional ... Placed 98th at the conference meet with a 6k time of 22:30.1 and was the fifth Deacon to finish ... Was third on the team and 84th overall with a 22:51.1 time at the regional competition.

2014 (Freshman)
An NCAA Southeast Regional qualifier, Allen had a strong freshman campaign as a Demon Deacon ... Earned four top-five finishes at meets in her first season, including five top-10 finishes ... Took third place at the Covered Bridge Open to lead Wake Forest to a first place team finish ... Clinched second at the Furman Classic to lead the Deacons to a first place finish ... Crossed the finish line in 10th place at the Virginia Invitational ... Finished with a season-best 5K time of 17:44.10 at the Royals Challenge and finished in third place ...
