2016 (Sophomore)

Ran in four meets including the NCAA Southeast Regional... Best finish was 19th-place at the Adidas Challenge on Sept. 16 when he crossed the line in a time of 18:29.4 in the men's 6k... Best 8k time was 24:08.8 at the ACC Championships where he finished 30th overall.

2015 (Freshman)
Competed in four meets ... Highest finish was 13th at the Elon Open, where he registered a 19:15 6k time ... Top time in an 8k race was 25.02.3 at the Princeton Inter-Regional, where he finished 61st and led six Wake Forest runners.
