Walter on Steel
"Bruce returns to the lineup after a torn ligament in his thumb caused him to miss his sophomore campaign. Thus far he has won the shortstop job and been very solid defensively. Offensively he has very good power to all fields. Like Jake Mueller, Bruce will spend some time at the top of the order as well as the bottom, depending on who has the hot hand."
