"Carter is a very talented freshman left-handed pitching prospect. Like most tall freshman pitchers, his deliv‎ery isn't quite synced up yet, which causes him to be erratic with his command. As he learns to repeat his delivery his stuff will continue to climb. When it all comes together he will be in the weekend rotation. Until then he will be a bullpen or midweek arm."
