Walter on Long
"Christian is a right-handed hitting outfielder who is also our emergency catcher. He has shown excellent bat speed and a flat bat path that gets on plane quickly. He is a very good athlete and a quick learner which bodes well for his role to increase as the year goes on. He'll spend some time in both corner outfield spots, as well as the DH, and add some thump off the bench."
