Walter on Peljovich
"David has battled some arm issues for the past year so it's hard to say what his role might be. Hopefully he gets healthy and can be a left-handed piece out of our bullpen. When we recruited him out of high school we liked him for his low angle and ability to command his secondary pitches to both sides of the plate."

2017 (Sophomore)
Did not see game action, missing time due to injury.

2016 (Freshman)
Performed well in limited action, not allowing a run in 2.0 innings over three appearances ... Struck out the only two batters he faced against Mount St. Mary's (March 2) ... Allowed one hit in 0.1 innings at Coastal Carolina (March 9) ... Tossed a scoreless inning at UNCG (Apr. 13), striking out a pair ... Spent the summer with the Amsterdam Mohawks of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League.

High School
Rated as a top-1,000 recruit by Perfect Game, as well as the No. 149 prospect in Georgia and the No. 149 left-handed pitcher ... Named a 2015 Southeast Region Honorable Mention All-American and 2014 Underclass Honorable Mention All-American by Perfect Game ... Earned four varsity letters in baseball and was named all-region ... Three high school and six club teammates went on to play at the next level, including at Duke, North Carolina and Notre Dame.
