Walter on Murray
"Mike is a very good college hitter. He has good feel for his swing, can hit for power and average and is the guy we want up in RBI situations. We need him to drive in 60 runs for us to be good. Defensively, he made great strides in the fall and showed a very accurate and consistent arm. Along with Steven Brooks, he is our other captain. We will lean on him a lot to help grow our young ballclub."
