Walter on Dee
"Rhyse is a right-handed pitcher with a good change-up and an improving breaking ball. The key for Rhyse is to pitch off his change-up and to pitch down hill with his fastball. He isn't a high velocity guy, which means he needs to have plus command. If he can command the fastball arm side and throw his change-up out of that window, he can help our bullpen."
