Walter on Dee
"Rhyse has great feel for pitching and can really spin the baseball. Both his fastball and change-up are already good college pitches. As his breaking ball improves, so will his role. He will compete early for the Tuesday job and hopefully develop into a good Sunday starter by the time his sophomore year season begins."
