Wake Forest-Winthrop Postponed to Wednesday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest-Winthrop baseball game, originally scheduled for Tuesday at 4 p.m. (ET) has been postponed due to inclement weather in Winston-Salem.

The two teams will attempt to play the game on Wednesday, with first pitch again set for 4 p.m. (ET) at Gene Hooks Field at Wake Forest Baseball Park. Admission to the game is free of charge.

Senior LHP Alex Wiesner (0-0, 0.00) is set to make his first appearance of the year for Wake Forest on the mound, while Winthrop will counter with redshirt sophomore RHP Dom Patterozzi (0-0, 21.60).
