Wake Forest Baseball Will Be On Radio Throughout NCAA Tournament

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Every Wake Forest game in the NCAA Baseball Tournament, which begins for the Deacons Friday (May 26) in Columbia (SC), will be broadcast on WXII-AM (830).

Each broadcast can also be heard live over the internet at www.broadcast.com.

Stan Cotten and Mark Freidinger will call the action this week from Columbia.

Wake Forest is looking for its second straight regional title. The Deacons (39-18-1), the No. 2 seed in the four-team regional, plays Seton Hall (40-16) Friday at 2 p.m. in the first round. The other first-round game pits No. 1 seed and No. 1 ranked South Carolina against Liberty at 7 p.m.

Should Wake Forest win on Friday, it will play the South Carolina-Liberty winner Saturday at 3 p.m. If the Deacons lose on Friday, it will play at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
