WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will look to bounce back from Tuesday's loss at Clemson when the Demon Deacons hit the road again for a game at Virginia Tech on Saturday afternoon in Blacksburg, Va. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Cassell Coliseum.
The Deacons are set to play four of their next six games on the road, including contests at Georgia Tech (Jan. 26), at Maryland (Feb. 2) and at North Carolina (Feb. 5).

Saturday's game will be televised on the ACC Network. Rich Waltz (play-by-play) and Cory Alexander (color) will call the action.
The game can also be heard on the Wake Forest IMG Sports Network and online at WakeForestSports.com. Stan Cotten (play-by-play) and Mark Freidinger (color) have the call.
Last Time Out
Wake Forest is coming off a 60-44 loss at Clemson on Tuesday. The Deacons could not overcome a 15-2 Clemson run midway through the first half, as starting forwards Travis McKie and Devin Thomas sat on the bench in foul trouble.
McKie and Thomas overcame their foul trouble to turn in solid performances to lead the Deacons. McKie posted his third double-double of the season and the 15th of his career with team-highs of 12 points and 11 rebounds. Thomas scored 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting and pulled down six rebounds.

The Opposition
Virginia Tech (10-6, 1-2 ACC) is coming off a 70-65 overtime win at Georgia Tech on Saturday in Atlanta. The Hokies, who snapped a four-game losing streak with the win, were idle during the recent mid-week.
Series History
Virginia Tech leads the all-time series with Wake Forest, 28-27. The series dates back to the 1911-12 season.
The Deacons snapped a five-game losing streak to the Hokies with their 58-55 win in Winston-Salem last season. Wake Forest is 3-3 all-time against Virginia Tech at the Joel Coliseum following last season's win.
Next Up...
Wake Forest will return home to host in-state rival NC State on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 7 p.m. The Wolfpack are 14-3 overall and 3-1 in the ACC following a 51-50 loss at Maryland on Wednesday. NC State will host Clemson on Sunday before facing Wake Forest.
The Deacons will hit the road again for a Saturday matinee at Georgia Tech on Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. The Yellow Jackets (10-6, 0-4 ACC) will be completing a triple-dip of Tobacco Road after playing games at Duke and North Carolina before hosting the Deacons.
