WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will welcome in No. 2-ranked Miami on Saturday afternoon, looking to snap the Hurricanes' undefeated run through the ACC. Tip-off for the teams' first and only scheduled meeting of the season is set for 1 p.m. at the Lawrence Joel Coliseum.

• Saturday's game will be televised regionally by Fox Sports. Rich Waltz (play-by-play) and Eddie Fogler (color) will call the action.
• The game can also be heard on the Wake Forest IMG Sports Network and online at Stan Cotten (play-by-play) and Mark Freidinger (color) have the call.

Last Time Out
• Wake Forest is coming off a 57-56 loss to Georgia Tech last Saturday in Winston-Salem. The Yellow Jackets' Robert Carter Jr. hit two free throws with eight seconds remaining to steal the win for Georgia Tech. Devin Thomas' would-be game-winning 17-footer missed at the buzzer.
Travis McKie had sunk a 3-pointer with 1:23 remaining to put the Deacons in front 56-53, but Marcus Georges-Hunt cut the lead to a point on a layup with 59 seconds left before Carter Jr. hit the winning free throws.
• McKie and C.J. Harris each scored 15 points for the Deacons. Nine of Harris' 15 points came in the final six minutes. Thomas just missed a double-double with nine points and a game-high 12 rebounds.
• Wake Forest shot only 29 percent (14-of-48) from the field but stayed in the game by going 23-of-25 (92 percent) from the free throw line.

The Opposition
• No. 2-ranked Miami (22-3, 13-0 ACC) is coming off a 54-50 win over Virginia on Tuesday in Coral Gables. The Hurricanes have won 14 straight since the start of the new year.

Series History
• Wake Forest leads the all-time series with Miami, 8-6. The Hurricanes have won three straight and five of the past six meetings since 2008-09.
• In the Hurricanes' last visit to the Joel Coliseum, Miami pulled out a 74-73 win in 2010-11, as Reggie Johnson hit two free throws with four seconds remaining. It marked Miami's first-ever win at the Joel in six tries.

Next Up...
• Wake Forest will play at Florida State on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 9 p.m. Wake Forest will be seeking a series sweep of FSU after defeating the Seminoles 71-46 on Feb. 9 in Winston-Salem. Florida State (14-12, 6-7 ACC) will play at Virginia Tech on Sunday before hosting the Deacons.
• The Deacons will then return home to host Maryland on Saturday, March 2, at noon. Wake Forest will honor its seniors in a pre-game ceremony before retiring Chris Paul's No. 3 jersey at halftime of the game. Maryland (18-8, 6-7 ACC) is set to host Clemson and play at Georgia Tech.
