Scouting Report: Enjoyed a breakout spring practice as a fifth-year senior... coaches expect him to be the starting nose guard... doesn't need to be a big playmaker, just needs to maintain a physical presence in the defensive line... a very reliable and consistent player that took it to another level during spring camp... has a remarkable work ethic and character... described by the coaches as a great "team guy."

2005: Played in all 11 games as a reserve defensive tackle and on special teams... recorded three tackles, including two solo stops... tallied tackles against East Carolina, Boston College and Duke.

2004: Played in 10 games, primarily on special teams and also a reserve defensive tackle... made three tackles on the season with an assisted tackle for loss... had two tackles in the North Carolina A&T game, including a half tackle for loss... made one stop at Miami.

2003: Saw brief action in five games during his debut season... contributed on the defensive line and special teams... recorded one tackle at Florida State... played a season-high nine snaps versus Clemson.
