WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - After two straight road games, Wake Forest returns home to face the No. 18-ranked Miami Hurricanes on Halloween at BB&T Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

The game will be broadcast by ABC and will also be available in certain areas of the country on ESPN2. The game can be heard on the Wake Forest ISP Radio Network and the ACC ISP Sports National Radio Network.

The Deacons (4-4, 2-2 ACC) have lost their last two games, both on the road. Wake Forest dropped a 13-10 decision at Navy on Oct. 24 in a game played in a driving rainstorm in Annapolis, Md.

Miami comes in at 5-2 overall and 2-2 in the ACC. The Hurricanes are ranked 18th in the nation in both national polls after a 40-37 overtime loss at home to Clemson last weekend. The Hurricanes had entered the Clemson game ranked eighth (AP) and ninth (USA Today).

Miami holds a 6-3 lead in the all-time series that originated in 1928. Wake Forest is 0-3 at home against the `Canes and 0-2 in BB&T Field. The Demon Deacons have dropped five straight to UM since Wake posted a 27-0 victory in Miami in 1944.

Quickie Notes
- Wake sits in third place in the ACC's Atlantic Division at 2-2, trailing only BC and Clemson, each with 3-2 records. The Deacons need to win two of their final four games to gain bowl eligibility for a fourth straight year.
- QB Riley Skinner is 51 passing yards shy of becoming just the second ACC quarterback to throw for 2,000 or more yards in four seasons.
- When Navy did not attempt a pass against Wake on Oct. 24, it marked the first time an opponent did not have a pass attempt since at least 1949.

Next Up...
Wake Forest will travel to Atlanta to face Georgia Tech on Saturday, Nov. 7. Game time and TV network assignment has been placed on a six-day hold, meaning that kickoff time will not be announced until Sunday, Nov. 1. The game will be the first meeting between Wake and Georgia Tech since the 2006 ACC Championship game.
