Will Clayton enters his second season with the Demon Deacons, serving as a volunteer assistant coach for video and operations.

He is no stranger to the program, however, and spent four years as a player for Wake Forest on teams that went to four straight College Cups. Clayton was a member of the 2007 NCAA Championship team and appeared in 24 matches in the midfield over the course of his playing career.

The Durham, N.C. native was also a four-year letterwinner at C.E. Jordan High School and was an all-state honoree in 2004. He graduated from Wake Forest in 2009 with a degree in history.

Clayton resides in Winston-Salem, N.C.
