Wake Forest Set for Final Preseason Exhibition at Furman

By Steven Wright, Wake Forest Media Relations (@SIDeacons) WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's soccer team will play in its second and final exhibition game of the 2012 preseason on Saturday when the Demon Deacons travel to play Furman at 4 p.m at Stone Soccer Stadium. Live stats and live video will be provided at the links above. After the exhibition with the Paladins, the Demon Deacons will have one week left before the beginning of the 2012 regular season. Wake Forest is set to host Wofford at 7 p.m. at Spry Stadium in the season opener. The Deacs will then remain at home for the next two contests as well, hosting Boston University on Friday, August 31, and West Virginia on Sunday, September 2. Both of those games will also be at 7 p.m. Wake Forest's first road contest will be Friday, September 7, in the Atlantic Coast Conference opener at Clemson.
