Hopkins/Prabhakar Fall in Regionals Quarterfinals

The Demon Deacon duo reached the final eight of the tournament

CARY, N.C. - David Hopkins and Amogh Prabhakar's run at the USTA/ITA Carolina Regional Championships ended Sunday as the Wake Forest men's tennis players fell in the doubles quarterfinals.

Hopkins and Prabhakar, who are ranked No. 17 nationally, were defeated 8-2 by Elon's Cameron Silverman and Stefan Fortmann.

The Demon Deacons will next compete in a tournament at Winthrop on Nov. 8.
