Deacons Set to Open ITA All-American Championships
Adam Lee will start prequalifying singles play tomorrow in Tulsa, Okla.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will send four players to compete in the prestigious ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla. - one of three national championship events on the annual calendar - which kick off tomorrow with the start of prequalifying singles play.

Competing for the Demon Deacons in the tournament are David Hopkins, Danny Kreyman, Adam Lee and Amogh Prabhakar.

By virtue of their No. 17 national ranking, the doubles team of Hopkins and Prabhakar received direct entry into the doubles main draw. Kreyman and Lee will team up to begin doubles play in the qualifying draw.

In singles, Hopkins, Kreyman and Prabhakar will start in the qualifying draw. Kreyman is ranked No. 94 nationally, and Hopkins is also in the national singles rankings at No. 102.

Adam Lee will be the first player to take the court for the Deacs when he opens in the prequalifying singles draw tomorrow against Texas senior Ben Chen.

Players have to win four rounds in the prequalifying draw to earn a spot in the qualifying draw, and three rounds in the qualifying draw to earn a spot in the 16-player main draw.

Qualifying singles play will begin on Monday, with qualifying doubles set to start on Tuesday. Hopkins and Prabhakar will start play in the doubles main draw on Thursday.
