Outdoor: 2007: Ran a PR and placed 5th in the 800m with a time of 1:53.06 at the Alex Wilson Invite, ran another PR that was good for 13th place in the 800m in a time of 1:52.58... was a member of the fifth place 4x400 relay team at the Wake Forest Open... ran a season-best in the 800m at the Sea Ray Relays with a time of 1:52.98. Was a member of the distance medley relay team that placed 13th at the Penn Relays.

2006: Did not compete.

2005: Ran a personal best 49.85 in the 400 meter race at the Duke Twilight ... finished in his fastest career time 1:49.87 at the Georgia Tech Invitational, earning an NCAA regional qualifying mark in the 800 meter race ... finished fourth at the ACC Championship in that event, running a 1:49.95 ... finished 20th at the NCAA East Regional in the 800m race ... competed in the 1500 meter race in two meets. 2004: Placed first at the Tar Heel Opener in the 800m after a 1:54.40 run ... finished 21st at the ACC Preliminaries in the 800m ... was 12th at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in the 1,500m.

Indoor: 2007: Finished 3rd overall at the Virginia Tech Invitational in the 1000m with a time of 2:29.22... was a member of the third place distance medley relay team at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational... placed fourth at ACCs in 800m.

2006: Had a seasonal-best time of 1:52.5 in the 800-meter run at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational.

2005: Earned a second place finish in the 1,000m run at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a 2:28.63 time ... ran a 4:15.36 mile at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational, earning him a sixth place finish ... finished second in the 800m run at the Clemson Classic with a Deacon best 1:54.03. 2004: Finished third in the 800m at the NC Collegiate Big 12 after a 1:54.25 run ... a 1:54.33 earned him a fifth place spot at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... ran a 4:12.54 mile for ninth place at the Meyo Invitational ... finished sixth at the Kentucky Invitational with a 4:13.66 mile.

Cross Country: 2007: Posted a winning time of 22:39 in the Wake Forest University Relays while running with partner Marcus Dillon on August 31st... rounded out the Wake Forest team at the Raleigh Invitational with 19th place finish and a time of 17:03... finished 149th overall at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 26:17.08... ran in the Penn State National Invite where he placed 105th in 28:16... finished 80th overall at the ACC Championships with a time of 27.09.7.

2006: Placed 43rd overall and second on the team at the ACC Championships in a time of 25:58.2... came in 121st at the NCAA Southeast Regionals (33:27.90).

2005: Participated in four events... finished 61st at the ACC Championships with a time of 25:38.1.

2004: Redshirted.

2003: Ran in the Roy Griak Invitational... placed 60th overall at the ACC Championships.
