The strongest runner on the Wake Forest squad during the season ... A terrific leader with a dedicated and tireless work ethic ... After sitting out the season-opening race, went on to place first among Wake Forest runners in each of the five remaining meets ... Recorded three top-ten overall finishes, including a fourth-place finish at the Blue Ridge Open in 24:54.5 ... 2009 (Freshman)
Made immediate impact during true freshman season ... Finished first for Wake Forest in five meets, including the NCAA Southeast Regionals and ACC Championships ...
