2011 (Junior)
The strongest runner on the Wake Forest squad during the season ... A terrific leader with a dedicated and tireless work ethic ... After sitting out the season-opening race, went on to place first among Wake Forest runners in each of the five remaining meets ... Recorded three top-ten overall finishes, including a fourth-place finish at the Blue Ridge Open in 24:54.5 ... Set a new personal-best 8k time of 23:59.9 at the ACC Championships en route to placing 18th overall, improving on his Championship time from last year by more than 90 seconds ... Finished 10th overall at both the Clemson Invitational (24:34.56) and the Charlotte Invitational (24:41.6) ... Placed 37th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in a 10k time of 31:10.4, once again marking a 90-second improvement from his Regional performance in 2010 ... Named to the 2011 All-ACC Academic team.

2010 (Sophomore)
Followed up a terrific freshman campaign with a strong sophomore season ... Raced in all six meets during the season ... Achieved a first-place team finish at the Wake Forest/Duke Dual in a time of 25:35 ... Recorded season-best time of 24:51.4 (8k) at the Panorama Farms Invitational ... Placed fourth on the team at both the ACC Championships and the NCAA Regionals, finishing in times of 25:34.5 (8k) and 32:40.1 (10k), respectively ... Earned All-ACC Academic honors.

2009 (Freshman)
Made immediate impact during true freshman season ... Finished first for Wake Forest in five meets, including the NCAA Southeast Regionals and ACC Championships ...
