2005: Competed in five events... finished fourth in the WFU Relays with a time of 22:30... placed 28th at the ACC Championships with a time of 24:46.7 and 61st at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 31:57.8.

2004: Competed in all seven events for the Deacons... placed sixth at the WFU Relays... earned fifth at the WFU Invitational... finished sixth at the East Carolina Invitational... regional track qualifier.

2003: Finished seventh at the WFU Invitational... ran for the Deacons at the ACC Championships... regional track qualifier.

2002: Placed 37th at the Mountaineer Open... finished in 15th place at the Wake Forest Alumni Invitational... NCAA Regional qualifier in the 1500 as a freshman.
