Deacons are picked ninth in both preseason ACC polls

Wake Forest head coach Jen Hoover and seniors Lakevia Boykin and Sandra Garcia met with members of the media on Tuesday at the ACC Women's Basketball Media Day at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C.

The trio spoke with Fox Sports, Raycom, the ACC Digital Network and a number of print and electronic media throughout the afternoon.

The Demon Deacons were picked to finish ninth in both the coach's and Blue Ribbon Panel's polls. Duke was the preseason favorite in both polls.
