Deacs Hit the road
• Wake Forest continues its season-long five-game road stretch by traveling to Piscataway, New Jersey to battle Rutgers. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. inside the Rutgers Athletic Center.

Last Time Out
Amber Campbell’s driving layup with 16 seconds remaining allowed Wake Forest to prevail, 85-81, at Richmond on Nov. 15.
• Campbell scored 19 points and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds in her first career double-double. She also tied her career-high with four assists.
• Freshman point guard Gina Conti had her best game as a Deac, contributing 19 points off the bench, going 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.
•Alex Sharp nearly had a triple-double. The sophomore from Australia delivered 14 points to go along with nine rebounds and a career-high eight assists.

Wake Forest Storylines
• Sophomore Tyra Whitehead finished 9-of-10 from the field and scored a career-high 23 points in her first-career start against Texas Southern. She then followed with a doubles-double, the first of her career, against Seton Hall with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Elisa Penna was named preseason All-ACC by the league’s coaches after leading the team in scoring (13.4 ppg) and finishing third on the team in rebounds (5.7 rpg) a season ago.

Scouting The Opponent
• Rutgers has opened the season a perfect 3-0 with road wins at James Madison, Temple and Charlotte. • Two Scarlet Knights are averaging double figures, led by Tyler Scaife’s 18 points per game.

Next Time Out
• The Deacs head to Las Vegas over the Thanksgiving holiday to compete in the Lady Rebel Round-Up, beginning with a matchup against Minnesota on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 5:30 p.m.
