Wake Forest to Host USA Field Hockey Regional Club Championship
South Regional Championship will be at Kentner Stadium

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest University has been selected to host an Under-19 Regional Club Championship qualifying tournament by USA Field Hockey. The tournament will take place on May 5-6 at Kentner Stadium.

The winner of this tournament will represent the South Region at the National Club Championship on July 17-19 in Virginia Beach, Va.

In order to sign up, club coaches need to download the club championship registration form and fax it back to Wake Forest at (336) 758-4565 or send it via email to Christina Restivo at restivcl@wfu.edu.

The medical form also needs to be downloaded and filled out by every player in order to compete. Medical forms will be due at the tournament check-in, which will take place on Saturday, May 5, at 7:30 a.m. at the entrance to Kentner Stadium.

The cost is $1,000 per team, and registration will close on Sunday, April 1, at Noon.
