No. 2 Wake Forest Field Hockey Hosts Dartmouth

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The No. 2 Wake Forest field hockey team will host Dartmouth, Sunday afternoon at 12 p.m. Although the game is not the final home contest of the season, the Demon Deacons will honor the six seniors prior to the start of the game.
Seniors Lauren Crandall, Kristina Gagliardi, Jamie Whitten, Kristi Harshman, Tracey Scott and Haley Scott have been one of the most successful classes in program history. Over the last four years, they have compiled an impressive record of 76 victories and just seven losses. They have participated in three NCAA final fours, won two ACC regular season titles, one ACC Tournament title and two NCAA Championships.
Wake Forest enters the game against the Big Green with a 13-1 overall record and a 2-1 mark in the ACC. The game against Dartmouth will be just the second meeting for the two teams, with the last outing a 3-2 victory for the Deacs in Winston-Salem.
Dartmouth enters the weekend coming off an overtime loss to Holy Cross, 2-1. The Big Green owns a 3-7 overall mark and are led by Lizzie Bildner with seven goals.
