Women's Tennis Drops 6-1 Decision to DePaul
Feb. 6, 2010 WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's tennis team fell to DePaul on Saturday afternoon by a score of 6-1. Junior Emilee Malvehy picked up the lone win of the day for the Demon Deacons with a 6-4, 6-3 victory over DePaul's Selma Salkovic. Wake Forest played without two of its top players, as sophomore Ryann Cutillo and freshman Kathryn Talbert were forced to watch from the sideline while nursing injuries. As a result, the Demon Deacons were forced to forfeit the number three doubles match and the number six singles match. Wake Forest will return to action tomorrow afternoon as they take on Indiana at 12 p.m. in the Indoor Tennis Center. Wake Forest Women's Tennis
