Track & Field: Outdoor: 2005: Set a new school record and ran the then-fastest time in 2005 in the NCAA in the 10,000 meter race, her 33:02.13 earned her ACC and NCAA Performer of the Week honors, as well as an automatic berth to the NCAA Championship... ran the 1500 meter race in 4:28.01 at the Sam Howell... earned All-ACC honors in the 5,000 meter and 10,000 meter races, finishing in second and first place, respectively in those events... 2002: NCAA Provisionally qualified in the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 16:40.43, the team's best time of the season, the fifth fastest time of the season in the ACC and the fifth best time in school history ... Won the 5,000m at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... Anchored the distance medley relay that won the Duke Invitational with a time of 11:33.34 ... Runner-up in the 1,500m at the Wake Forest Invitation al ... Posted a 4:29.97 in the 1,500m at the ACC Championships ... Ran the anchor leg of the DMR that captured seventh place at the Penn Relays.

Indoor: 2005: Placed 4th in the mile run at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational with a time of 4:52.92...Ran her way to a 2nd place finish in the 3000m run at the ACCs with a time of 9:27.09...Finished 1st and set a school record in the 5000m run at the ACCs with a time of 15:56.97, earning her All-ACC honors in that event...Set a school record and finished 2nd in the 3000m run at the Alex Wilson Invitational with a time of 9:20.06... Earned All-American honors after a third place finish in the 5,000 meter run (15:56.97-the new school record)... Also competed in the NCAAs in the 3,000 meter run, finished 11th after a time of 9:31.29.

2004: Recorded two NCAA Qualifying times, in the 3,000m and the 5,000m... Ran a 9:34.90 3,000m at the ACC Championships to provisionally qualify for the NCAA... The score was good for a fourth place finish... Posted the qualifying 5,000m time of 16:36.55 at the Alex Wilson Invitational, good for a second place spot.

2003: Named All-America in the 5,000m ... All-ACC in the 3,000m ... Was an automatic NCAA qualifier in the 5,000m with a time of 16:15.06 and was a provisional qualifier in the 3,000m ... Set a new Wake Forest record with a time of 16:08.77 in the 5,000m at the NCAA Championships.

2002: Finished in 7th place in the 5,000m at the ACC Championships ... Anchored the runner-up DMR at the Kroger Invitational.

Cross Country: 2004 Paired with Caitlin Chrisman, won the Wake Forest relays... earned ACC Performer of the Week Sept. 7... broke her foot two weeks into the season and redshirted the remainder.

2003: Earned 12th place at the ACC Championship ... finished sixth overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional ... Her 29th place finish at the NCAA Championships earned her a spot as an All-American for the second consecutive year.

2002: Led team in five races ... finished first at the Mountaineer Open and was named ACC Performer of the Week ... Took fourth at the 2002 ACC Championships and named to the All-ACC team ... Took 11th at NCAA Pre-Nationals... Placed third at the NCAA Southeast Regional and was named to the All-Regional team ... Finished 25th overall at the 2002 NCAA Championships... 2001: Led team in four races ... Ran a 22:09 on the 6,000m course at the Roy Griak Invitational for 60th place... Finished 12th at 2001 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, earning all-region honors and automatically qualifying individually for NCAA Championship ... Placed 57th at the 2001 NCAA Championship ... Finished 13th at 2001 ACC Championships... Ran a 21:53 on the 6K course at the USA Winter Cross Country Junior Championships at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Washington, taking seventh place and qualifying as an alternate for the national team that competed in the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Dublin, Ireland.
