Track & Field: Outdoor: 2005: Set a new school record and ran the then-fastest time in 2005 in the NCAA in the 10,000 meter race, her 33:02.13 earned her ACC and NCAA Performer of the Week honors, as well as an automatic berth to the NCAA Championship... ran the 1500 meter race in 4:28.01 at the Sam Howell... earned All-ACC honors in the 5,000 meter and 10,000 meter races, finishing in second and first place, respectively in those events... Won the 5,000m at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... Anchored the distance medley relay that won the Duke Invitational with a time of 11:33.34 ... Runner-up in the 1,500m at the Wake Forest Invitation al ... Posted a 4:29.97 in the 1,500m at the ACC Championships ... Ran the anchor leg of the DMR that captured seventh place at the Penn Relays.

Indoor: 2005: Placed 4th in the mile run at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational with a time of 4:52.92...Ran her way to a 2nd place finish in the 3000m run at the ACCs with a time of 9:27.09...Finished 1st and set a school record in the 5000m run at the ACCs with a time of 15:56.97, earning her All-ACC honors in that event...Set a school record and finished 2nd in the 3000m run at the Alex Wilson Invitational with a time of 9:20.06... Earned All-American honors after a third place finish in the 5,000 meter run (15:56.97-the new school record)... 2004: Recorded two NCAA Qualifying times, in the 3,000m and the 5,000m... Ran a 9:34.90 3,000m at the ACC Championships to provisionally qualify for the NCAA... The score was good for a fourth place finish... Posted the qualifying 5,000m time of 16:36.55 at the Alex Wilson Invitational, good for a second place spot.

2003: Named All-America in the 5,000m ... All-ACC in the 3,000m ... Was an automatic NCAA qualifier in the 5,000m with a time of 16:15.06 and was a provisional qualifier in the 3,000m ... Set a new Wake Forest record with a time of 16:08.77 in the 5,000m at the NCAA Championships.

2002: Finished in 7th place in the 5,000m at the ACC Championships ... Anchored the runner-up DMR at the Kroger Invitational.

Cross Country: 2004 Paired with Caitlin Chrisman, won the Wake Forest relays... earned ACC Performer of the Week Sept. 7... broke her foot two weeks into the season and redshirted the remainder.
