•The Deacs swept all three matches of the Black and Gold Invitational last weekend with wins over Toledo, Campbell and Appalachian State.
•Andrea Beck was named the MVP of the tournament and currently leads the ACC in kills with 162. She became the ninth player in Wake Forest history to hit 1,000 kills last weekend as well.
•Anna Carley and Danae Rosendall were also named to the All-Tournament team at the Black & Gold Challenge.

NC State recorded 14 blocks and held Wake Forest to a .039 hitting percentage, as the Wolfpack defeated the Demon Deacons 3-0 Wednesday night at Reynolds Gym.
