The following will be made available to you and your team:

• Water, cups, injury ice, first aid supplies.

• A certified athletic trainer will be present at all games/matches and on call for practices.

• A team physican will either be present or on-call for all events.

• Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center will be used in case of an emergency.

If a student athletic trainer or no certified athletic trainer is traveling with your team athletes MUST provide an authorization for modality application. This may be faxed ahead of time or sent with your athlete.
